GLDN MOOD- Return Policy

GLDN MOOD does not offer any return and refund or exchange option after delivery of the product if the customer is of the opinion that they did not like the products post delivery or does not suit/looks good on them etc.

In case of any size related queries, we suggest to check with us before ordering however please note that any size suggestions provided are mere suggestions and not to be considered as an assurance of size suitability for the customer. The choice of size will be at the customer's sole discretion and we will not be responsible for any sizing issues whatsoever. If the customer would like to exchange size, please note that the customer will have to inform GLDN MOOD on its official email id within 24 hours of delivery. Customer can ship the product back to us along with the original packaging and upon receiving of delivery, we will inspect the product for any damages and whether the original packaging is returned to us. Customer will have to bear the return shipping charges. Once accepted, we will ship the other size of the product  (subject to availability of the same) chosen by the customer. If the requested size is not available, then customer can opt to receive a credit note for the amount of the product which can be later used for purchasing any other product from GLDN MOOD. The shipping charges for re-shipping the exchanged product will be borne by the customer. Please note that acceptance of the exchange request for sizing issues will be at the GLDN MOOD's sole discretion and in case the original product received by us is damaged, used, without tags or original packaging then GLDN MOOD will be under no liability to accept the exchange request or provide any credit note to the customer.

In case of any Damages during transit-
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately along with an uncut unboxing video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that GLDN MOOD shall bear no responsibility whatsoever and customer shall not be entitled to receive refund if the customer fails to provide unboxing video proof as per the following criteria within 24 hours of delivery.

Any refund or exchange requests shall only be entertained if either GLDN MOOD has shipped incorrect product or products damaged during transit.

No refund or exchange will be provided due to any delivery issues directly attributable to the courier company's personnel e.g.shipment marked as delivered however not actually delivered to the customer/fake delivery attempt or fake delivery remark. In this case, the courier company would resolve the issue. We will assist in raising the ticket with the concerned courier company.

Any claims where the shipment is damaged but item is intact will not be considered as damaged and no claims will be entertained. Actual items should be damaged for any return/exchange requests. 

Unboxing video requirements: 

  • Uncut video from start to end.
  • Video must be taken in reasonable lighting and should not be too dark. 
  • All four edges of our shipment should be clearly visible in the video.

Appearance of the products in Images:

Please note that the appearance of products in images may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting, camera settings, and screen display variations. We strive to represent each item as accurately as possible. By purchasing from us, the customer agrees and accepts that no returns, refunds or exchanges will be provided by GLDN MOOD in case of the above-mentioned.
