Shipping policy

Dear Customer, Kindly refer to the below-mentioned shipping policy of GLDN MOOD.

  • Processing Time: We ship within 1-2 days after receiving payment. Any orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on the coming Monday as courier companies do not work on Sundays.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: While we provide delivery timelines based on the estimated dates provided by our shipping partner, these are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We rely on third-party carriers, and shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, carrier delays, etc.).
  • No Guarantee on Specific Delivery Dates: We are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive on or before a specific date. If you have a deadline or special event, we highly recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for any potential shipping delays. We provide express shipping facility. Express shipping charges are higher than normal shipping charges. Please note: While we offer express shipping, we do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeline and/or on specific day due to potential carrier or logistical delays beyond our control. In any such case, Gldn Mood will not be held responsible and no cancellation/refund of the order can be provided.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information on the contact number or email id shared with us while placing the order. Please monitor the tracking link for updates on your delivery status.
  • Address and Shipping details: Please ensure you provide complete name, detailed address with pin-code, contact number to avoid any issues with the delivery. We bear no responsibility if the shipment is lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details. If the discrepancy is due to our error, we bear full responsibility to re-ship the exact same product or refund the amount paid at our sole discretion.
  • Addition/Deletion in the existing order: We can add/delete products in your order only until the order is in packing stage. Once the order is packed, we won’t be able to make changes.
  • Cancellation: All sales will considered final. Once payment is received and we confirm the order, no cancellation requests will be accepted including but not limited to change of mind, delayed delivery of shipped order etc.
  • We work hard to make sure your order is packed with care and handed over safely to our trusted courier partners. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

    Please note: after dispatch, the courier company is responsible for delivery. While delays or issues are rare, we kindly ask that you reach out directly to the courier if your package is delayed, misplaced, or arrives damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays, loss, or fraud caused by the courier company. No refunds/claims will be processed for delayed shipments or fraudulent activities if occurred due to delivery personnel of such concerned courier company. Customer will have to wait until the final resolution of such issues is provided by the courier company. Please note that the resolution timeline is completely handled and at the discretion of the courier company which is beyond Gldn Mood's control so we request customers to patiently wait until the courier company provides final resolution.
